　　水力沖洗裝置是一種用于清洗雨水調(diào)蓄池和大型管道的裝置。

　　通常，在現(xiàn)有調(diào)蓄池中經(jīng)過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單改造后即可安裝門(mén)式自動(dòng)沖洗系統(tǒng)，不會(huì)減少調(diào)蓄池的調(diào)蓄容量。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠、穩(wěn)定，一般情況下經(jīng)過(guò)一次沖洗即可將大顆粒沉積物甚至大石塊沖刷干凈，這已經(jīng)在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中得到驗(yàn)證。

　　水力沖洗裝置的主要運(yùn)行過(guò)程如下：

　　蓄水——首先，將雨水調(diào)蓄池劃分為多個(gè)沖洗廊道。然后在每一個(gè)沖洗廊道中分離出一座單獨(dú)儲(chǔ)水間，用于在調(diào)蓄池日常進(jìn)水時(shí)存儲(chǔ)來(lái)水，作為清洗調(diào)蓄池的沖洗水源。

　　調(diào)蓄池清空——水中污染物沉淀于池底需要清洗時(shí)，首先排空雨水調(diào)蓄池，通過(guò)PLC控制系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)，將儲(chǔ)水間之前的沖洗門(mén)開(kāi)啟，開(kāi)始對(duì)廊道進(jìn)行清洗。

　　沖洗——沖洗門(mén)開(kāi)啟之后，儲(chǔ)水間內(nèi)的水源產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的沖洗水流(類似水壩放水)，對(duì)調(diào)蓄池各廊道底部進(jìn)行沖洗。沖洗完畢后沖洗門(mén)恢復(fù)原位，等待下次蓄水沖洗。

　　The main operation process of the hydraulic flushing device is as follows:

　　The storage tank is emptied--the water pollutant precipitates in the pool bottom and needs to be cleaned, first empties the rainwater to adjust the storage pond, starts the hydraulic system through the PLC control system, opens the flushing door before the water storage room, starts to the corridor to clean.

　　Flush-After the flush, door is opened, the water source in the storage room produces a powerful flushing flow (similar to a dam), which is rinsed at the bottom of each corridor of the storage tank. The door returns back in place after flushing and wait for the next flush.
